What are the shipping costs and the delivery times?

Shipping to the recipient’s place is charged depending on their location. For purchases over 100€ (worldwide) or 30€ (within Greece) we offer FREE shipping on ALL orders!

WITHIN ENGLAND / GREECE:
For purchases within Greece and England, the shipping coststarts from 3,5 € with a delivery time of 2-4 days within Attica , 3-5 days for the rest of Greece , for England the shipping cost starts from 16 € with delivery time 2-4 days within London, 3-5 days for the rest of England. This cost can be increased depending on the weight of the package. All orders are sent via regular post delivered to your place Monday to Friday. All orders have a unique tracking number, which the customer receives via email along with the tracking link of the shipment.

In addition, for Greece and orders over 30€, the free shipping is applied via regular post with a tracking code for each order.

OUTSIDE ENGLAND / GREECE:
In this case, the shipping cost starts from 7.5€ with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days for Europe and the rest of the world. This cost can be increased depending on the weight of the package. In any case, before payment, you are informed about the shipping costs. Shipments are made by regular post and are delivered to your place Monday to Friday. All shipments have a unique tracking number, which the customer receives via email along with the tracking link of the shipment.

For purchases over 100€, we offer free shipping via regular post with a tracking code to track the shipment.

My order is late, what do I do?

If the above period has passed and your order has not arrived yet, you can just contact us at our email hello [a] mystationery.co. With your order number, the tracking number, and your details, we will be able to help you immediately.

In any case, when the order is shipped, each recipient receives a unique shipping code (tracking number) as well as a link to the postal service for live monitoring the shipping progress.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All payments are made in a secure PayPal and Stripe environment. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted.

How secure are my transactions in this e-shop?

My Stationery has a security certificate (SSL) that ensures the encryption of your personal data. To learn more about the privacy and personal data policy you can refer to the corresponding page, here.

All payments are made in a secure Paypal and Stripe environment – internationally recognized companies with high performance and security systems for users.

How can I cancel or return my order?

CANCELATION:
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from the moment of the order. If this time limit is valid you can contact us via email at hello [a] mystationery.co with the subject “CANCELLATION OF ORDER” and the code of your order. Write us your details and the reason for cancellation and we will proceed with the appropriate actions.

RETURN: Product returns are not normally accepted.
However, under certain conditions, we can look into the case and proceed accordingly. Contact us at our email hello [a] mystationery.co and we will make sure to contact you immediately.

What is a Wishlist or Favorites?

It is a virtual shopping cart where you can add products that you like and you may decide to buy later or that are just your favorites and you want to buy them again in the future. You will not be charged for them, except when you add them to your shopping cart.
